Bhaskar sangeet kala kendra(affiliated with Prayag Sangeet Samiti(Allahbad)) was established in 1970 by Lt. Sh Chaman lal bhaskar.He was the one who started music classes in Sonepat.He was a great musician and he was awarded with Sonipat Ratan Award.
